Reservation Policy
Dining room
1. The groups must respect predetermined arrival and order times to ensure of good quality and fast service. After 15 minutes behind the scheduled ordering time, the Bitoque will take the orders. Latecomers will be served afterwards.
2. If the customer provides his own cake, there will be a charge of $ 2.50 per person for cutting and serving. However, the provided cake can replace the group menu dessert without any extra cost.
3. A minimum of 40 persons per group (maximum 100) is required to reserve the Bitoque outside of its normal business hours (a combination of 2 groups is accepted).
Gallery
1. The Gallery has a maximum capacity of 60 people and a maximum of 2 groups can be seated at the same time if necessary. For the exclusivity of the Gallery the customer must book and pay for a minimum of 45 people.
2. For groups of 25 or more, the Bitoque requires a $ 200 pre-authorization on a credit card to guarantee the reservation. The customer can cancel without charge until 72 hours before the event. Any cancellation made within 72 hours will result in the loss of the deposit.
3. Any additional decoration to the Gallery is allowed on the same day starting from 2 p.m. The customer is entirely responsible for the installation and removal of decorations. He must also agree to respect the Gallery?s artwork and shall not degrade any collective goods. The use of staples, tacks, nails or confetti is prohibited. The customer should not touch the walls of the Gallery to hang anything without the consent of Bitoque.
4. The customer who has reserved the Gallery in its exclusivity can bring his own music via an I-Pod, if desired. For any other kind of music (DJ?s, singers, musicians, etc.) he must obtain the prior consent of Bitoque.
